Before you submit
Choose the company you actually dealt with, select a rating and use a past experience date. Explain your experience in your own words. Do not include ticket numbers, account details, payment information, private contact information or someone else’s full name.
Moderation
New reviews enter a private moderation queue. We may reject spam, impersonation, copied material, personal data, abusive content or submissions unrelated to the company. Publication is not immediate or guaranteed, and moderation does not verify that a transaction occurred.
Ratings and identity
The displayed average uses only published reviews in this directory. If there are no approved reviews, no rating is invented. Your display name is public; your email is retained privately for administration. The service limits duplicate reviews for the same company and email.
Report or update a review
Use the review report option or contact page to explain a problem with a published review. To request removal of your own contribution, identify the company and review and contact us using the email supplied with it when possible.
