Start with the company
We prefer the company’s own contact and help pages. Each telephone contact includes a source where available. Department, region and hours are recorded only when supported. If we cannot support a public phone number, the entry directs you to the company website instead of supplying an invented number.
Dates and naming
The date shown belongs to the contact review, not the website’s build or launch. Older records keep their earlier date until checked again. Familiar trading names and alternative names help users find the right entry; a renamed company may share the same current official contact channel.
Corrections
Send a correction from the company page or the directory contact form. Describe the issue and include the company’s published replacement details if known. We assess the source before updating a listing; submitting a correction does not change it automatically.
Separation from feedback
Community reviews are moderated separately from editorial contact records. A negative review does not change a phone number or a company’s listing position. We do not copy third-party reviews into our own review feed.
