Information you choose to send
A review submission contains your display name, email, rating, title, text and experience date. A contact, correction or privacy message contains your name, email, message and any company or review reference you provide. Please omit booking references, passwords, payment information and other sensitive details.
Public and private fields
Only approved reviews appear publicly. The public fields are the display name, rating, title, review text, experience date and publication record. Email addresses and moderation details are not included in the public review feed. Directory administrators can access submissions to moderate reviews and respond to requests.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare hosts the directory and stores submitted records in its database service. Network requests necessarily include technical information such as an IP address and browser headers. Our form rate limits store a keyed digest of the request address rather than the raw address. Hosting providers may separately process security and service logs under their own policies.
An essential, secure administrator session cookie expires after eight hours. The public directory does not currently load advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Ordinary visitors do not need a directory account.
Use and retention
We use submissions to publish customer feedback, maintain contact records, answer requests and reduce abuse. Rate-limit records expire and are removed during later form activity. Reviews and correspondence remain until no longer needed for these purposes or a valid removal request is resolved; they are not automatically deleted after a fixed period.
Your choices
Use the contact page to ask about access, correction or deletion of your submission. Provide enough information to locate the record without sending account credentials. We may need to confirm that a request concerns your information. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ privacy notices.
